Hailing from the 2009 vintage, Bruichladdich's single malt boasts 100% organically grown Scottish barley, with the entire production process—from barley to bottle—organically certified by the Biodynamic Association. On the nose, one discovers aromas of melted butter, salt and pepper crisps, and sweet pastries. The palate offers flavours of white chocolate fudge, lemon peel, vanilla, and brown sugar. The finish evolves with citrus notes that become more orange-based, complemented by enduring hints of vanilla-infused barley.
