Returns & Refunds Policy
At The Drink Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. Please note that for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened beverage containers or perishable food items.
Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.

Ensure the items are unopened, in their original packaging, and securely packed to prevent breakage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided return shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
