Chase macerates Herefordshire sloe berries and mulberries in its own Chase GB Gin to create this rather decadent Sloe Gin. Subsequently, the spirit is rested in Rhône Valley red wine casks, enhancing the rich dark fruit notes. The palate reveals flavours of blackcurrant, boozy red wine, cinnamon, and cardamom heat, complemented by forest floor elements and solid juniper.
