With its delightful finish in Oloroso sherry casks, it presents a compelling offering. Bottled at 43% ABV, it exhibits a wonderful balance of dried fruit sweetness and rich spice. The nose reveals notes of hot cross buns, a hint of polished oak furniture, and Cadbury's Fruit & Nut. On the palate, one experiences sultana, caramel, nutmeg, orange oil, and a subtle waxiness. The aftertaste lingers with flavours of honeyed barley, cinnamon and ginger, and stewed berries.
