Former Bushmills distillery manager David Elder assisted in the creation of this blended Irish whiskey. Almost 100 blends were created during the development stages before a final recipe was settled upon, featuring Irish malt and grain whiskeys matured in bourbon barrels.

Nose - Floral vanilla, vibrant barley, and hints of cedar.

Palate - Apples and pears, drizzled with honey, backed by warming white pepper.

Finish - Warming woody spice, drying oak, runny caramel.
