The outcome is a richly flavoursome and exceptionally bold whiskey, featuring robust notes of rye spice and vanilla-rich oak. It is immensely satisfying and ideal for various classic cocktails. The aroma presents hints of maple syrup on pancakes, flapjacks, a pronounced kick of peppercorn and red chilli, accompanied by subtle pine nuances. The palate delivers earthy vanilla, additional cracked black pepper, slight hints of orange and cherry sweetness, with a touch of cardamom. The aftertaste is characterised by lingering spiciness of rye grain, complemented by a layer of toffee.
