This English single malt, crafted by The St. George's Distillery, has been finished in rum casks to enhance its fruity notes. It is undoubtedly worth a trial. We are exceedingly pleased with that pun. This whisky presents a bouquet of warming malt and cakey vanilla, gradually unfolding into cinnamon and honeyed apple. On the palate, it offers a burst of juicy pineapple and citrus, complemented by nuances of savoury oak and a tingling peppercorn heat. The finish is pleasantly spicy, tempered by undertones of brown sugar and honey.
