Scapegrace, the New Zealand distillers, proudly present their second whisky with the limited release single malt named Chorus. Crafted from New Zealand laurate barley and matured for three years in virgin French oak casks, it retains its natural colour and is non-chill filtered. With only 7,824 bottles produced, it offers a scent of sweet honeysuckle, waxy orange peel, and oaky spice. The palate reveals aromatic orchard fruits, juicy green grapes, drizzles of caramel, and peppery spice, while the aftertaste leaves a lingering note of earthy pepper and allspice.
