Master Blender Julieann Fernandez has expertly combined smooth older malts with intense, explosive ones, enriched with aged grain and peated malts, and finished in rum casks. Bottled at 46.3% ABV, it retains its purity with no chill filtration or added colouring. The scent reveals tropical fruits such as passionfruit and papaya, complemented by desiccated coconut, vanilla, roasted malt, and a hint of bonfire smoke. The palate offers notes of caramelised pineapple, salted caramel, creamy hazelnut, milky coffee, and charred oak. The finish is characterised by peppery spice and roasted tropical fruit.
