A vibrant taste of Saint Lucia, this column still rum is infused with vanilla, cinnamon, the macerated bark of Richeria grandis (commonly known as 'Bois Bande'), and a variety of local Lucian spices. Aged for approximately two years before being bottled at 40% ABV, it presents prickles of baking spice and creamy vanilla, followed by hints of dried fruits and touches of honey.
