In 1972, this premium white rum was established as the flagship brand of St. Lucia Distillers, formed by the merger of the island's last two distilleries, Dennery Distillery and Roseau Bay Distillery. Crafted entirely from Coffey still rum, it utilises a blend of double distilled rums derived from Guyanese molasses, subsequently aged for 2 years in ex-Bourbon casks before undergoing filtration to remove colour. Though never previously exported, it is by far the best-selling rum in St. Lucia. Its flavour profile includes fresh tropical citrus, a hint of honeyed sweetness, and coconut husk.
