Inspired by the sunny shores of the Côte d'Azur and distilled in Cognac, Gin d'Azur capitalises on Provençal botanicals, each meticulously harvested at its aromatic peak and then separately distilled. The botanical ensemble features lavender, Menton lemon peel, marjoram, mountain savory, rosemary, star anise, thyme, and the indispensable juniper, complemented by a hint of Camargue salt. The resulting taste is distinctly herbal and bright, with thyme and marjoram taking prominence. The juniper offers a crisp and earthy note, whilst the lemon peel imparts a lightness to the flavour profile.
