Distilled in 2009, this impressive single malt from Inchgower was independently bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd. Allowed to mellow in a single hogshead until 2022, this splendid Speysider yielded an outturn of 227 bottles upon opening. The aroma offers hints of apple blossom and fresh peels, complemented by a touch of honey and roasted nuts. The palate reveals bright notes of vanilla, pear tart, and creamy oak, with oily malt and gentle spice building gradually. The finish is slightly grassy with dried herbs and cooking spices, balanced by toasted nuts and drizzles of caramel.
