Two Shores Rum begins with an exquisite spirit distilled in Panama from pure sugar cane, which is then transferred to a cask on the west coast of Ireland for a minimum finishing period of six months. For this particular expression, the brand has chosen an oloroso sherry butt, previously used for aging Irish whiskey. The result is a rich rum, excellent when served over ice. Its flavour profile showcases abundant dried fruit, generously drizzled with caramel and complemented by a dusting of nutmeg.
