Hailing from Taiwan's Kavalan distillery, this single malt known as Triple Sherry Cask is an exceptional sherry bomb. The trio of sherries—oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, and moscatel—combine seamlessly to imbue this spirit with a rich tapestry of flavours. On the nose, one can discern notes of tart berries, dates, orange chocolate, milky coffee, and caramel digestives. The palate is treated to dried mango, baking spices, candied nuts, and chocolate-coated cherry. The aftertaste lingers with hints of candied ginger, sweet balsamic, and apricot jam.
