Yushan Signature Bourbon Cask, distilled at Taiwan's Nantou Distillery using a Scottish Forsyth still, is aged in a bourbon cask, as the name suggests. Named after Yushan, Taiwan's highest mountain, this sweet and creamy single malt is bottled at 46% without chill filtering. The aroma presents floral honey, peaches and cream, vanilla, and buttery apple turnover pastry. On the palate, smooth caramel, vanilla pod, and lime zest are complemented by a notable spicy peppery note. The aftertaste features a burst of tangerine citrus with a hint of nutmeg.
